When Purchasing anything From the Site You Agree To The store Policy . Any Defective or unsatisfactory products must be brought to the attention of me via live chat or email first before opening a credit card dispute. You Agree to waive your credit card  dispute if you do not do this.

If you require a refund for a faulty item please contact via live chat and leave your details in the live chat and someone will get back to you regarding your items you wish to return.

Refunds and upgrades to later models and other solutions may be offered to better tailor your end goal.

You have 14 days to cancel an order from the purchase date and 14 days from the acceptance of cancellation to return the items in an unmarked and saleable condition. Items which are in an unsalable condition can be returned but at the discretion of luxury land rover upgrades in which case sometimes only a partial refund may be granted.

We offer Advanced returns which allows buyers to purchase the same item again or an upgraded item right away and await their item to arrive before returning their older model purchased from us or one which may have been defective to speed up return time turn arounds at which point the refund will be granted for the first item once it has been received back. 

Shipping policy dictates items can be shipped at any time when they are finished or when products are in stock and customers can use live chat to request an update or cancel at the sellers discretion because they are custom made products.
